Jason J. Heinen
Jason J. Heinen is a 2011 graduate of Liberty University School of Law. He graduated magna cum laude, served as Chapter President of the Federalist Society, and held the position of Symposium Editor of the Liberty University Law Review. Prior to law school, he obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
After admission to the Wisconsin bar, Jason practiced law in Delafield by day and volunteered with Lake Country Fire and Rescue by night. He is a member of Cornerstone Church in Delafield, shoots archery with the Sherwood Forest Bowmen’s Club in Sussex, serves on the board of the Friends of Nashotah, and seeks to be involved in the local community. Jason became an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Mark S. Knutson in January 2016, and continues to assist individuals and businesses as they attain their legal goals.
Jason’s passion is advocating and counseling individuals and business owners in the areas of estate planning, probate and/or trust administration, residential and commercial real estate transactions, and business law. He skillfully assists clients in navigating our legal system in a way that will help them protect their businesses and see that their families are provided for in the future.
Jason and his wife, Jean, live in Lisbon with their two children. In his spare time, Jason enjoys everything outdoors including hunting, fishing and camping.
Jason is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
